Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At CROSHA, every product is handcrafted with care and made to meet our quality standards. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have the following policy:

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

1. Wearable Products

Exchanges are available only for wearable products such as:

Shrugs
Tops
Cardigans
Other wearable crochet apparel

To be eligible:

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photographs of the product.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged product.
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
- Your order number.

Our team will review the request, and if approved, an exchange will be arranged.

Exchange Process

Email us (croshaofficial@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number along with the required photographs.
Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the exchange.
The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item has been received and inspected (where applicable).

Shipping Charges

If the exchange is due to a damaged or defective product received from our end, CROSHA will bear the exchange shipping cost.
For size exchanges on wearable products, the customer may be required to bear the shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Each CROSHA product is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, texture, stitch pattern, size, or shape are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.
